I think the Paleolithic Diet would be a healthy change from our usual sugary cereal, Doritos, gold fish, chicken nuggets, mac n' cheese breakfasts/lunches/dinners. Though a Neolithic Diet would probably be even more healthy because we would eat a lot of salads which includes spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc, and we would not eat fatty chicken, buffalo wings, steak, burgers, etc. I liked the article!

Eating lean meat and vegetables for your diet would be good for you because many people's diet are sugary foods or unhealthy foods. So eating lean meat and vegetables would be good protein and good energy. You wouldn't feel good and couldn't function well if you ate unhealthy foods a lot. Back then they didn't eat sugars or grains. I think I could live on meats and vegetables my whole life.

I think that the Paleolithic diet could use some changes, but in some areas it is great.
